Welcome to our 36th-floor apartment in Binghatti Onyx — simple, comfortable, and with a beautiful city skyline view. It’s got everything you need for a chill, budget-friendly stay with just a touch of comfort.

You’ll have a king-sized bed in the bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living room for extra space. We provide fresh towels, clean linens, and make sure the place is tidy before you arrive.

The kitchen has all the basics if you feel like cooking something simple. Daily cleaning is also available on request for a small extra fee.

Dubai’s a industries city that is always growing, so a bit of construction noise here and there is normal and should be expected.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
