About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this lovely 75 m² flat for 4 people, situated in the heart of Capbreton. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, following the harbour canal.
The real highlight of this dual-aspect flat is its south-facing terrace, which is not overlooked, and a covered terrace with harbour views to the north.
Here, you can leave the car in the car park, slow down, and enjoy the sea air and the long days of the Landes… The perfect setting to get together with family or friends and create wonderful holiday memories.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table for entertaining family and friends.
- A lounge area with two sofas and a television
- Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds.
- Two shower rooms with washbasins and showers
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- One large south-facing terrace with no overlooking neighbours and a covered terrace facing north with a view of the harbour
- One private parking space
- One storage room for bikes, surfboards, etc.
The location is simply exceptional. A 10-minute walk from the beach.
Enjoy a car-free holiday. Everything is within walking or cycling distance thanks to the cycle paths right outside the building: the fish market is just opposite, a diving club is at the bottom of the building, the beach is just down the road and all the seafront restaurants are just a stone’s throw away.
Car:
If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available (please note: 4x4s may not fit). There is also a first-come, first-served car park at the foot of the residence. You can also park in the pay-and-display car parks located near the flat.
For other modes of transport, here is some useful information:
- Train station: Labenne (8 km)
- Nearest airport: Biarritz Airport, approximately 25 km away.
