Linka House Prague — A Private Home for Families and Groups

Welcome to Linka House, a spacious private home in Prague designed for families and groups of friends who want to stay together, enjoy generous shared spaces and experience the city from the comfort of a real home rather than separate hotel rooms.

The house accommodates up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms arranged over two upper floors. At the heart of the property is a large shared living and dining area where everyone can gather comfortably around one table.

A Private House Experience

The guest accommodation is private and exclusively for your group.

We, the owners, live in a completely separate private apartment within the building. We do not share bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen or living areas with guests. You may occasionally see us passing through a shared access area, but your accommodation and privacy remain entirely your own.

This offers the best of both worlds: the independence and privacy of a holiday home, with experienced hosts nearby whenever you need assistance, local advice or recommendations.

Linka House is our home rather than an anonymous rental property, and we are delighted to welcome guests who appreciate its personal atmosphere and character.

The House

The guest accommodation is arranged over two floors, with 6 bedrooms in total — 3 bedrooms on each floor.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Each bedroom has individually controlled heating and air conditioning, allowing everyone to adjust the temperature to their own preference.

Bathrooms are located on the guest floors. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower near the main living area, together with two separate toilets.

We provide high-quality bed linen and soft, carefully selected towels for every guest.

The Heart of Linka House

One of the features guests appreciate most is the spacious shared living area, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room of approximately 90 m².

There is room for the entire group to sit together around one table — something that can be surprisingly difficult to find when travelling with 10, 12 or 14 people.

Enjoy breakfast together before exploring Prague, prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, open a bottle of wine after a day in the city or simply spend the evening talking and relaxing together.

The interior is warm, eclectic and personal, combining different styles, colours and objects collected over time. Because Linka House is also our home, it has a distinctive character and atmosphere that you will not find in an impersonal holiday rental.

Hospitality and Food Experiences

We are not only hosts — we are hospitality professionals with a genuine passion for food, cooking and welcoming guests.

If you would like to enjoy a special meal without leaving the house, we may be able to prepare dinner for your group as a private chef experience, arranged in advance and subject to availability. It can be a relaxed and memorable way to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy an evening together at home.

Our signature breakfast is also a highlight for many guests. Prepared with care using carefully selected ingredients and served at the house, it allows your group to start the day together without having to search for a restaurant.

The breakfast may include fresh bread and pastries, quality cheeses and cold cuts, eggs, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, homemade or locally sourced specialities, coffee, tea and other breakfast favourites. The exact menu may vary according to the season and availability.

Breakfast and private chef services are available by prior order and at an additional charge. Please contact us before arrival if you would like to include either option in your stay.

Celebrating a special occasion in Prague is absolutely welcome.

Hosting a party at the house is not permitted.

There is an important difference between the two.

We are happy to welcome groups visiting Prague for birthdays, celebrations and special weekends. The city has excellent restaurants, bars and nightlife, and we want you to enjoy them.

At home, however, we ask guests to respect the residential character of the property and the comfort of our neighbours.

A Home, Not a Party House

Linka House is located in a residential area, and our philosophy is simple:

Enjoy Prague as much as you like — and come home to a peaceful house.

Parties, events, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at the property.

Normal dinners, conversations and relaxed evenings together are, of course, part of staying in a house with family and friends. We simply ask guests to show the same consideration they would expect in their own neighbourhood.

If your main purpose is to organise a late-night party, Linka House will not be the right choice for you.

If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable and spacious base where your group can stay together while enjoying Prague, you will feel very much at home here.

Living Like a Local in Prague

Linka House offers a different experience from staying in the historic centre.

After a day surrounded by Prague’s architecture, restaurants, cafés and lively streets, you can return to a peaceful residential neighbourhood and a spacious home where you can relax together.

You have the independence of a private house while remaining within easy reach of central Prague.

Parking

Private parking is available for up to 3 cars, making Linka House particularly convenient for families and groups travelling through Europe by car.

Linka House is family-run and personally managed by us.

As hospitality professionals, we care deeply about every aspect of your stay, from the comfort of the bedrooms and shared spaces to the food, service and recommendations we provide.

We know Prague well and are always happy to help with practical information, restaurant suggestions and ideas for making the most of your visit. At the same time, we respect your privacy — we are nearby when you need us and discreet when you do not.

For this reason, we prefer to know a little about the groups staying with us.

When requesting a reservation, please tell us briefly who is travelling, the purpose of your visit to Prague and the approximate age composition of your group.

This helps us ensure that Linka House is the right accommodation for you before confirming your stay.

By booking Linka House, you acknowledge that:

* the accommodation is intended for a maximum of 14 registered guests
* the guest areas are exclusively for your group
* the owners live in a completely separate private apartment within the building
* no guest living spaces are shared with the owners
* you may occasionally encounter us in a shared access area
* parties and events at the property are not permitted
* outside visitors are only permitted with prior agreement
* our neighbours and the quiet residential environment must be respected
* private chef services, breakfast and other food experiences are optional, must be ordered in advance and are charged separately
* the person making the reservation is responsible for the behaviour of the group
