About this house rental
Whether you’re gathering the family for a summer escape, celebrating a milestone, or simply craving a few days of salt air and slower mornings, our property was made for exactly this.
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home. It's a place for morning coffee, shared meals, and winding down after a full day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper dinner in. When the day is done, each bedroom offers a quiet retreat of its own.
Outdoor Living:
Whether you’re serving up seafood off the grill, hosting an evening poker game, or unwinding under a canopy of stars, the outdoor living area was designed to be the true highlight of your stay.
Step onto the expansive back deck, where a high-end gas grill, large wicker dining and conversation set with firepit table set the scene for effortless outdoor meals and evening drinks. Directly connected is the spacious screened-in patio, an all-weather haven featuring a custom round poker table, a dedicated bar counter, and comfortable seating overlooking peaceful, open green views. Beyond the deck, the sprawling backyard offers plenty of room to relax and soak in the coastal breeze, giving you a private retreat that feels miles away from the everyday hustle.
The Bedrooms:
Each of the three traditional bedrooms include a smart TV with access to premium entertainment (Peacock, Hulu, Disney+). The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom, while the remaining rooms share the guest bathroom.
The 4th bedroom serves as a flex-space with a premium office configuration, large monitor, easy connectivity and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa.
The Neighborhood & Ocean Pines:
Ocean Pines is not your average beach community. As a resident-owned association spanning 3,500+ acres, it offers a level of amenity access you simply do not find at most rentals: five swimming pools (including an indoor year-round facility), an 18-hole golf course, a waterfront yacht club, tennis and pickleball courts, miles of walking and biking trails, and an ideally located mid-town beach club right on the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean City. Additionally, Ocean Downs racetrack and casino are in close proximity to the home.
Ocean City’s famous three-mile Boardwalk, restaurants, nightlife, and water sports are 10 minutes away. Assateague Island National Seashore, home to the wild ponies, is a short drive south and is one of the most spectacular natural attractions on the East Coast.
