About this apartment rental

A lovely place in the heart of the Cuenca, equipped with all the amenities to spend a pleasant stay and feeling at home. The unit has1 bedroom area with a king bed, 1 full walk in bathroom with towels and abundant hot water, washer machine and dryer are available in the building, a kitchen area with pots and plates, fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee machine and more, a dining area for two, the living room has a very comfortable sofa decorated with cushions and a coffee table,. You also could enjoy a large courtyard space that is available for my guests. Restaurants, Casa del sombrero museum and Casa MaryCoryLe, AKI supermarket, corner stores, bakeries, and bus stop, are close by. Since there are Govermment Offices and Schools in the neighbourhood, the area is surveillanced by security guards
