Upstairs you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms with king beds, a full bathroom, a private ensuite bathroom off one bedroom, upstairs laundry, and a linen closet for added convenience.

The home also includes a pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, making it a great option for couples, families, golf groups, or extended stays.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire townhouse during their stay, including their own private parking pad located directly at the property. Additional street parking is also available. Guests will have full use of the private entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and upstairs laundry facilities. Check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

Fairway Villa is a brand-new property located in a quiet residential community. Guests are asked to respect the peaceful setting by observing quiet hours and treating the home with care.
