Guests have exclusive access to the rear apartment and its private courtyard. You'll enjoy a private entrance while still being conveniently located in one of New Orleans' most vibrant neighborhoods.

We are located about 1/2 mile to the streetcar which will take you to most places in the city. Ubers to downtown are about $10.

This home is a duplex with a shared wall.



Interaction with Guests:

This home is a duplex with a long term tenant next door who has a 4-pound Yorkie, Archie. You may see him outside occasionally stopping by to say hello! We simply ask that you keep the front gate closed whenever you enter or leave the property. Archie isn't much of a runner, but closed gates help keep him safe.
