This condo has everything you need for a good vacation, you feel at home! Starting from the staff in house and Andrey from Vacasa everyone is super nice and friendly. Don Luis helped me to change a tire with a smile ! If you like to work out outdoors the steps will do their job quite well. It is my 5th time I think visiting Oceanica and it gets better every time!

I'll start with the pros. Great view, was enough room for our family of 4, extra towels to take to the beach, only about a 5 min walk to the beach, had a washer and dryer(it was a little noisy), AC was great. It was nice to have a coffee maker, just bring coffee creamer if you like that.
Cons, the guest bathroom was missing a door on the shower so water was spraying out on the floor, toilet handle was cracked but usable in the master bathroom, the clear mats in the showers had dirt and sand under them and had not been cleaned, rain came through the patio door in the guest bedroom and water was on the floor. All in all it was a good stay.

We spent 5 nights here. The place was well equipped and clean. Great patio and lovely pool. It is close to several beaches and a number of very good restaurants.
