Guest Access:

You and your guests will have full, private access to the property and its grounds. The basement and garage area are locked-off for owner storage but the rest of the single-family house is fully available for guest’s enjoyment.

No pets allowed.

No events, parties or smoking.

As with most rentals in Summit County, this home does not have air conditioning. Please feel free to open the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain breeze, if needed!

When you walk in the home, you'll enter into a foyer with a bench and ski racks / boot warmers. You'll walk up one set of stairs to the main level of the property.
