• Food & Drink: Saint-Clair beach, nicknamed the pearl of Le Lavandou, is lined with refined beachfront restaurants where you can dine on Provencal seafood almost on the sand. In the town centre, La Reunion Lela on Avenue lou Mistraou serves generous French cooking in a friendly setting. Every Thursday morning the Provencal market takes over Place du Marche from 8am to 1pm with local olives, cheeses and flowers.
• Outdoor Activities: Le Lavandou strings twelve beaches from L'Anglade to Pramousquier, among them the golden sands of Cavaliere with its paddleboard and sailing clubs. The coastal path (sentier du littoral) winds out to the Pointe du Gouron for sweeping sea views.
