Host helpful as a management company, online only. Amenties requested arrived quickly.Grounds maintenance pretty good, twice/week, not excellent.Owner should a bbq/grill for shared use, would very helpful as the common area is a great meeting place

The unit can use more chairs. We couldn’t sit on the patio or in our unit. There were no beach towels and if you turned off the A/C (per property rules), you return to a unit that smelled awful.
However the unit did meet our needs, however basic it was despite the awful smell.
