We loved our stay in this ground floor unit. The bougainvillea pool is close and lovely. The shuttle service to take us to the beach club was prompt and efficient. The pool at the beach club was great and the restaurant there provided excellent food and service. The beach is perfect but be aware that the drop off after walking in to the water can be steep (the north end has the shell beach!). There are a lot of stairs to get down to and up from the unit, and to get to the bougainvillea pool. Our only complaint was that while we were lucky to find out about the shuttle (and the contact info) at the beginning of our stay the unit does not have a welcome package to provide key information. (We see no reason by a welcome package was not provided). The shuttle is free; walking to the beach club along the interior roads takes about 55 minutes. The pictures of the unit are accurate. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return.

This was our second stay. We live 2 hours away, and this condo has become our favorite "staycation" spot. We returned becasue it is dog friendly, clean, and the managment is competent, kind, and non invasive.

The house was great and worked well for our stay. Was clean and in a nice Conchal community. Communication with the host is difficult as they only answer during business hours as we experienced and confirmed in an email they sent us. It is managed by a bulk property management company that care a little less then an owner would or smaller management company would.
