Dry-Stone Provençal House with Heated Pool – Bonnieux, Luberon
In Bonnieux, at the heart of the Luberon, this authentic dry-stone house sits within a lush, enclosed garden, offering peace and privacy away from prying eyes. The house sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The garden is centred around a beautiful heated pool, surrounded by a spacious stone-paved terrace and shaded by oak trees, as well as, on the ground floor of the house, a summer kitchen area with a bar corner, outdoor shower and WC — a true outdoor living space to fully enjoy the Provençal sunshine.
The property is laid out as follows,
on the ground floor:
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a welcoming dining area (table for 6) and a spacious living room with a stone fireplace. All the living areas open onto a terrace set up for outdoor dining.
A corridor leads to all the bedrooms in the house. The house has 3 large double bedrooms (twin beds 100x200), all with a private bathroom and direct access to the terrace:
Bedroom 1: en-suite with shower and bathtub, sink, large wardrobe
Bedroom 2: en-suite with shower, sink and WC, TV, East-facing
Bedroom 3: en-suite with sink and bathtub, separate WC, TV
Outside:
The heated pool (13x6m, with a graduated depth of 1.4m to 3m, accessed by steps) is surrounded by a spacious stone-paved terrace and oak trees offering some natural shade.
A summer kitchen with outdoor shower, WC and a fully equipped bar corner (ice machine, electric plancha grill) allows guests to make the most of sunny days.
Six sun loungers are available for relaxing by the water.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided
- End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate
- Linen change for stays of 2 consecutive weeks
- The pool is open from May to the end of October and is heated on request during mid-season (€150 per week)
- Possibility of charging an electric vehicle outdoors using a domestic power socket (+35€/week)
- The tourist tax is calculated per night and per adult, based on the rental price
- The pool is finished with a mosaic coating that, over time, is coming away in places — a renovation is planned. In the meantime, swimming remains entirely possible and the space is no less enjoyable for it.
A preferential rate is offered this season for this reason.
