Whether you’re coming for a wedding weekend, a lake getaway, a Caddo River float trip, crystal or diamond digging, or a few days exploring Hot Springs, The Quarter House gives you a brand-new, comfortable home base for your trip.

The home features two king bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, making it especially well suited for two couples, friends traveling together, or adults who appreciate having their own space. You’ll also find an oversized living area, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, custom finishes, polished concrete floors, soaring ceilings, and new furnishings throughout.

Outside, enjoy morning coffee on the porch or unwind in the courtyard after a day on the lake or exploring the area.

The Quarter House was intentionally designed with adults in mind and is best suited for couples, friends, business travelers, wedding guests, and small groups. The home is not childproofed and does not provide cribs, high chairs, gates, cabinet locks, or other child-specific amenities. Families traveling with children should consider whether the home is a good fit for their needs. Children must be supervised at all times.

The property is located in a semi-rural setting near a main road. The driveway is open and shared with others on the property, and the property is not fenced. Guests may experience normal outdoor sounds, wildlife, and seasonal sights and smells.

HOUSE RULES

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is four registered guests. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation. Unregistered visitors require prior host approval.

Quiet Hours
No parties, events, gatherings, or loud music. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Animals
No animals are permitted on the property. Unauthorized animals may result in a $250 cleaning fee.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or on either porch. A designated smoking area is provided in the front courtyard.

Security
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, and back entrance. There are no cameras inside the home. Guests may not tamper with cameras, locks, Wi-Fi equipment, or other property systems.

Property Access
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires prior written approval. Guests may not enter the property before check-in without approval.

Parking
Please park only in the designated driveway. Do not park on neighboring property. RVs and trailers require prior approval.

During Your Stay
Please report maintenance concerns or damage promptly. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Before departure, please wash or load used dishes and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins. Our cleaning team handles linens and normal cleaning.

By booking The Quarter House, the booking guest agrees to the house rules and is responsible for ensuring everyone in their group follows them.
