About this house rental
With a generous 135 square meters of living space, this beautiful apartment awaits you in one of the most desirable locations in Heringsdorf. Situated on the 4th floor, easily accessible by elevator, it offers views of the Baltic Sea. You'll love the light-filled living/dining room with a fireplace (firewood not included), which, together with the open, fully equipped kitchen, creates an inviting space for relaxation. Two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (one with a shower/toilet and the other with a bathtub/shower/toilet) provide additional comfort. The large terrace, accessible through floor-to-ceiling windows, invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and linger awhile.
For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, radio, CD and DVD player are provided. A double sofa bed completes the furnishings of the spacious living area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave.
The apartment features underfloor heating, while the bedrooms have radiators for added warmth. A parking space (No. 15) is included, and there's convenient storage for your bicycles. Of course, Wi-Fi is also free. For your convenience, you'll find a washer and dryer in the basement. The promenade is easily accessible via steps, and during the summer months (May to September), a beach chair (H4) is available free of charge – just ten to twenty meters from the beach access point by the mini-golf course, with a sea view. Please note that there are no blackout curtains in the apartment. And best of all: your small four-legged friend is very welcome! Please note that only small dogs are allowed upon request and for a fee.
