About this house rental
Inside, the bach keeps things simple and relaxed, true to its Kiwi roots. A rustic fireplace adds warmth and character on cooler evenings, making this just as inviting in the shoulder seasons as it is in the height of summer. (Plus there's a heat pump). Two comfortable bedrooms sleep the whole family or a small group of friends, with easy, low-key living spaces designed for slowing down.
This is a place to unplug (but don't worry, there's WiFi!). Leave the screens behind, read a book on the deck, write that book, walk the beach at sunrise, and fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Warrington offers a quiet stretch of coastline away from the crowds, with Dunedin and its amenities a short drive away when you want them.
Whether you’re after a family holiday, a couples’ getaway, or a solo retreat to reset, this beach bach offers exactly what a good summer break should: sea air, privacy, and nothing much to do but relax.
This is a two bedroom bach with one double bed in one room, two single beds in the second room, a bathroom with a laundry and an open plan living room with kitchen and dining. Sleeps 4 people.
20 minute drive to Dunedin. 2 minute walk to Warrington Beach, popular beach for swimmers and surfers. Close to Orokanui Eco Sanctuary and Arc Brewery.
