About this cottage rental
The Farmhouse consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, and toaster, and two sitting rooms with open fires. The bedrooms consist of 3 x king-size and 1 x bunk. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, along with a cloakroom with basin and WC. The property benefits from oil central heating and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A cot, highchair, and stairgate are provided. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 1.4 miles, beach 1.3 miles. Farmhouse is a delightful base for exploring Whitby, the Yorkshire coast, and the North York Moors National Park. Note: Open fires require supervision, especially when children are present. Note: Farm outbuildings are out of bounds and remain locked. Note: Cows graze in adjacent fields. Note: Two peacocks roam freely around the estate and may be noisy during spring mornings. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 450 GBP.
