Enjoy the garden with a pool, a dedicated workspace, and a playroom for fun. More than just a place to stay, Vaer House is a space to connect and enjoy. Includes a 1-car garage. This unique accommodation offers plenty of space for you to enjoy with your family or friends. A house with a garden and a pool right in the heart of Buenos Aires. Barbecue area with grill and lots of room!
- All ground floor areas detailed are for the exclusive use of guests. Upper floor is not accessible.
- Maximum number of authorized guests: 10
- For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to hire the pool and garden maintenance service for 100 USD per week. Optionally, cleaning service and linen change can be hiree.
- The maximum daily energy consumption is 30 kWh. For example, if a group stays 5 days, they will have 150 kWh to use in total. Any excess will be charged to the group. We regret having to do this, but it became necessary as some groups generated monthly utility bills over 1,000 USD.
Events, parties, or commercial activities held on the property will have an additional fee of 600 USD per day.
House Rules and Recommendations for a Comfortable Stay
1. Security and Property Access
Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked every time you leave the property.
2. Responsible Energy Use
Please turn off lights and air conditioning when you are not in the room.
Electricity Limit: A maximum daily consumption of 30 kWh is included. For example, a 5-day stay includes a total of 150 kWh. Any excess consumption must be paid for by the guest group.
Note: We have been forced to implement this policy as previous groups generated monthly bills exceeding 1,000 USD.
3. Smoking Policy
Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is strictly permitted outdoors only.
4. Linens and Towels
Indoor linens and towels are not to be used in the pool area.
Specific pool towels are provided for your comfort and convenience.
5. Garden and Lawn Care
Please help us keep the garden in top condition for future guests.
Do not pour any liquids onto the grass. If a spill occurs (including pet waste), please rinse the spot with a little fresh water immediately to prevent the grass from burning.
6. Rooms and Guest Occupancy
Bedrooms are prepared and opened based on the number of confirmed guests in the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
Penalty: A fine of 100 USD per day, per person will be applied for unauthorized guests. The property is equipped with security cameras.
7. Private Areas
Locked rooms and cabinets are for the owner's exclusive use (storage).
It is strictly forbidden to force locks or attempt to access these areas. In case of non-compliance, Vaer House will utilize Airbnb insurance to request corresponding repairs or replacements.
8. Long-Term Stays
For stays exceeding 7 days, a mandatory weekly pool and garden maintenance service is required at a cost of 100 USD per week.
Optional cleaning services and fresh linen/bedding changes are available for an additional fee upon request.
9. Specific Prohibitions
No ball games are allowed anywhere inside or outside the property.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
