- All areas detailed on the ground floor are for exclusive use of the guest
- Maximum authorized number of visitors: 10
- For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to hire the pool cleaning and gardening service for 100 USD per week. Optionally, cleaning and linen and bedding change can be hired.
- The maximum daily electricity consumption is 30 kWh. For example, if a group stays for 5 days, they will have 150 kWh total for their stay. Any excess will be charged to the group. We regret having to do this, but we were forced to due to some groups generating monthly bills exceeding 1,000 USD.

Events, celebrations, or commercial activities held on the property will incur an additional charge of 600 USD per day.

Rules and recommendations for a comfortable stay at Vaer House

1st Security and property locking
> Please lock all doors and windows securely when you leave.

2nd Responsible energy use
> Turn off lights and air conditioning when you are not in a room.
> The maximum allowed consumption per day is 30 kWh. For example, if a group stays for 5 days, they will have 150 kWh to use. Any excess will be charged to the group. We regret having to implement this; it became necessary due to previous groups generating monthly bills of over 1,000 USD.

3rd Smoking rules:
> Smoking cigarettes and electronic cigarettes is only allowed outside the property.

4th Linens and towels
> Indoor linens are not suitable for use in the pool area.
> Additional pool towels are provided for your convenience.

5th Garden and lawn care
> Please take care of the garden so future guests may enjoy it in optimal condition.
> Do not pour liquids on the lawn. If any liquids are spilled, simply pour a bit of water to prevent burning, the same applies to pet urine.

6th Rooms and guests
> Rooms are made available according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
> Overnight stays by anyone not included in the reservation are not allowed.
> In case of non-compliance, the penalty is USD 100 per day, per person. The property is equipped with cameras.

7th Private areas
> Closed spaces and rooms are for the exclusive use of the owner (storage areas).
> Forcing locks or entering these areas is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, Vaer House may use Airbnb insurance to request repair and replacement as necessary.

8th Extended stays
> For stays longer than 7 days, a weekly pool cleaning and gardening service must be hired at a cost of USD 100 per week.
> Optionally, cleaning and linen change services can be requested for an additional cost.

9th Specific prohibitions
> Ball games are not allowed inside or outside the property.
> Parties and events are not allowed in the house.

Any events, celebrations, or commercial activities held on the property will incur an additional charge of USD 600 per day.

House Rules and Recommendations for a Comfortable Stay at Vaer House
1. Security and Property Access

Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked every time you leave the property.

2. Responsible Energy Use

3. Smoking Policy

Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is strictly permitted outdoors only.

4. Linens and Towels

Indoor towels and linens are not to be used in the pool area.

We provide specific pool towels for your convenience.

5. Garden and Lawn Care

Please help us maintain the garden for future guests.

Do not pour liquids on the grass. If a spill occurs (or in the case of pet waste), please rinse the area with fresh water immediately to prevent the grass from burning.

6. Rooms and Guest Occupancy

Bedrooms will be made available based on the number of confirmed guests in the reservation.

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.

Penalty: A fine of 100 USD per day, per person will apply for unauthorized guests. The property is equipped with security cameras.

7. Private Areas

Locked rooms or storage cabinets are for the owner's exclusive use.

Forcing locks or accessing these areas is strictly prohibited. In case of a breach, Vaer House will use Airbnb’s insurance (AirCover) to claim for any damages or replacements.

8. Long-Term Stays

For stays longer than 7 days, professional pool and garden maintenance services are mandatory.

Optional cleaning services and fresh linen/towel changes are available for an additional fee.

9. Specific Prohibitions

No ball games are allowed inside or outside the property.

Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
