VILLA JADRANKA - OMIS AREA
Located in Borak on the Dalmatian Coast, Villa Jadranka is a modern villa with a heated indoor pool and stunning sea views. The villa is backed by mountain peaks and overlooks the legendary pirate town of Omis, where you can find a lovely sandy beach, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. There are many activities in the area such a rafting on the river Cetina and a Zip line across the canyon, and the larger town of Split (28 km) is within easy driving distance.
Villa Jadranka develops over three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor).
On the ground floor, you will find an indoor heated swimming pool (20m2) with loungers and a shower cubicle.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room (with comfortable seating) and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area (with table seating 6). From the living room, you can reach a furnished outdoor terrace and there is also a small office (with desk) where you can work.
On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with balconies (with king size beds – 180cm x 20 cm), one twin bedroom (with two single beds – 100cm x 200cm that can be converted to a double), one bathroom (with tub and shower) and one bathroom (with shower).
One extra bed for a 7th person can be added in one of the bedrooms, on request.
Outside, you will find a terrace on the first floor with a comfortable sitting area and dining area (with table seating 6) and terrace on the ground floor with sun loungers and a small lawn.
