The Aqua Building is located in Kelowna`s walkable Lower Mission neighbourhood, with beaches, restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops all within walking distance. Public transit stops are conveniently located along Lakeshore Drive, providing easy access to downtown Kelowna, the waterfront, shopping centres, and other attractions. Ride-sharing services and taxis are readily available, and the city`s extensive waterfront and cycling paths make it easy to explore the area on foot or by bike.

• Free Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.

• One underground parking stall is included. Please note the maximum vehicle height is 6`8` (2.03 m).

• There is no washer or dryer in the suite. Please plan accordingly; nearby laundry facilities are available.

• There is no stove, oven, or cooktop in this suite. The kitchen is a convenient bar-style setup with a sink, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle. Pandosy Village and downtown Kelowna offer plenty of excellent dining options nearby.

• This suite sleeps a maximum of four guests.

• We love dogs, but unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term stays due to strata regulations. Violations may result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction.

• Aqua is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the suite, on balconies, and in all common areas. Violations will result in a $200 fine plus any applicable cleaning costs.
