The space

Welcome to 'The Loopy Crab!'

This beautifully designed, three-story home has everything you need and more for the ultimate 30A vacation!

As you arrive, you'll be welcomed by a spacious covered front patio, offering a comfortable place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living space filled with coastal charm and plenty of natural light. The inviting living room features a large sectional sleeper sofa, a mounted TV, and two separate doors leading outside, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Just beyond, the dining room features a beautiful table beneath a stunning statement chandelier, making it the perfect place for family dinners and game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed, featuring high-end appliances, ample cabinetry/counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, which provides convenient access to the driveway, along with the first guest bedroom, which offers a King bed, access to the back patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the laundry room, making it convenient after a day at the pool.

Step outside to your own private backyard oasis, where a large private pool offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Lounge poolside, fire up the BBQ grill, and gather around the outdoor dining table for meals together, all surrounded by beautiful greenery for a peaceful, private setting.

Upstairs on the second floor, a built-in office nook provides the perfect spot to catch up on work or plan the next day's adventures. The second floor also has the other 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, a baby crib, a private balcony with two access points, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate jetted soaking tub. Another guest bedroom offers a King bed, a private balcony, and shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower. The final bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, and is also connected to the jack-and-jill bathroom.

Head up to the third-floor tower room, where you'll find a cozy second living area complete with a wet bar and a private balcony. It's the perfect place to enjoy sunset views over Seacrest!

There is parking available for up to 3 cars in the driveway, as well as multiple parking pads throughout the community.

Perfectly located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you're just a 1-minute walk from Seacrest's spectacular 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool, one of the largest resort-style pools along 30A. You're also just steps from the community tram stop, making it easy to hop on and head straight to the beautiful white-sand beaches! Throughout the neighborhood, you'll find charming cafes, delicious dining spots, boutique shops, and more! Just a short walk or bike ride away are the scenic towns of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach!

For those who love the outdoors, Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell offer kayaking and hiking, while golfers will enjoy being just minutes from Camp Creek Golf Club!

There is also a pack n' play and air mattress at the home for guests' use!

Guest access

Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!

There is also a complimentary tram (available March-October) that can be used to get to and from the beach and stops right outside the home!

Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check-in is 4:00 PM & check-out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
​​​​​​​-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
