A brick Hill Country house under old oaks, minutes from Canyon Lake — with a separate guest suite off the courtyard for anyone who wants their own space.
THE MAIN HOUSE — one great room under raised wood ceilings, with the living area, dining table, and a full kitchen around a marble island. Three bedrooms — a king room, a queen room with an extra twin, and a room with two full beds — plus two full baths.
THE GUEST SUITE — its own entry off the brick courtyard, a kitchenette, and the bunk room: a full-over-full bunk with a pull-out trundle. It has its own full bath, and the laundry lives here too — ideal for the kids' crew, grandparents, or anyone keeping different hours. All told, the home sleeps up to 10.
OUTSIDE — a covered patio with a grill and string lights, a brick courtyard made for sunset, and deer wandering through the lot most evenings. Canyon Lake's swim areas and boat ramps are minutes away; Gruene and New Braunfels are about half an hour.
GOOD TO KNOW — this is a quiet residential street in Canyon Lake Forest, not a resort, so we ask that noise stays down after dark. The house runs on a septic system: please flush only what you should. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed. Self check-in via keypad; code sent before arrival.
