Welcome to Casa de Miramar and welcome to the beach!

Casa de Miramar is a newer 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach house located in the Terramar Beach community on Galveston’s quieter West End. Perfectly situated between the beach and bay, our home is designed for families, multiple families traveling together, couples and groups looking for a relaxing Galveston getaway.

With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, Casa de Miramar offers plenty of comfortable sleeping space without packing everyone into bunk rooms. Three separate king bedrooms make the house especially convenient for multiple couples or families traveling together.

THE HOME

The heart of Casa de Miramar is the open-concept living, dining and kitchen area. The spacious living room provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook, eat and spend time together.

Step outside onto our large covered deck/patio, one of our favorite places at the house. Relax on the outdoor sectional, enjoy dinner around the large outdoor dining table or fire up the full-size grill. The deck offers a slight view of the Gulf, but the best part is being able to sit outside and hear the waves from the beach.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite
Located at the front right of the home, the primary bedroom features a king bed, blackout curtains, TV, large closet and private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. A Pack ’n Play is also available for families traveling with little ones.

Bedroom 2 – King Bedroom
Located at the back left of the home, this bedroom features a king bed, blackout curtains, closet and TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door.

Bedroom 3 – King + Bunk Room
Located at the back right of the home, this bedroom features a king bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk bed, making it a great setup for a family with children. This bedroom also has a TV and its own private bathroom.

Bedroom 4 – Queen Bedroom
Located near the center of Casa de Miramar next to the kitchen, this bedroom features a queen bed, blackout curtains, closet and TV.

LAUNDRY

A full-size washer and dryer are available for guests in the laundry room just off the kitchen – especially convenient after long days at the beach.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Our large covered deck/patio is set up for enjoying the coastal weather and spending time together. It includes:

• Large outdoor dining table
• Full-size grill
• Slight Gulf view
• The sounds of the waves from nearby Terramar Beach

TERRAMAR BEACH & COMMUNITY AMENITIES

Casa de Miramar is conveniently located between the beach and bay sides of Terramar. Guests have access to Terramar Beach as well as the neighborhood’s community amenities, including the swimming pool and fishing pier. A boat launch is also located a short distance away.

The beach, community pool and fishing pier are all just a short walk or golf-cart ride from the house.

Spend your mornings at the beach, cool off at the pool in the afternoon, head to the pier for some fishing, or simply relax on the deck and listen to the waves.

WHY WE LOVE CASA DE MIRAMAR

Casa de Miramar is our family’s Galveston getaway, and we’ve set it up to be a comfortable place where families and friends can enjoy the island together. Terramar gives you the best of both sides of Galveston’s West End – easy access to the Gulf and beach on one side and fishing and bay activities on the other – while being removed from the crowds of the busier parts of the island.
