About this campground/ rv resort rental
Mobile home for 4 people in the family campsite 3* la COULUMIERE, at LA TREMBLADE (17390), on the edge of the large and beautiful forest of La Coubre.
The mobile home consists of:
* 1 room with table and benches, 1 TV, storage
* 1 equipped kitchen
* 1 master bedroom (140 x190)
* 1 room with 2 beds (60 x180)
* 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
* 1 fully covered and closed terrace
On the plot, a small shed with a 2-burner gas stove, a mini oven, and a sink.
Kitchen equipment includes:
1 sink, 1 coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 4-burner gas hob, 1 microwave oven,
1 fridge-freezer.
Dishes and everything needed for cooking
On the closed terrace, 1 table, 4 chairs and a mini living room, sideboard and wardrobe.
In front of the terrace, garden table and chairs.
The living area is AIR-CONDITIONED.
Bedding includes duvets and pillows, sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
The plot, very shaded, has a place for car.

* stay: €0.66 (for over 18 years old)
* camping fee (for more than 3 years):
- €4.34 in July and August
- €3.34 the rest of the year
At these costs, add €50 for cleaning
Booking and payment terms:
* A deposit of 30% is requested at the time of booking, the balance must be paid upon arrival.
