You will have full private access to the entire property during your stay

Like many homes in the Pacific Northwest our space does not have AC. We do provide several fans but we recommend taking a look ahead at the forecast during your travel dates


To help ensure every guest enjoys a safe and relaxing stay, please note:

• Primary guest must be 25+ and stay at the property.
• Maximum parking for 10 vehicles.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
• We happily welcome pets and service animals. The yard is not fenced, so dogs must remain leashed while outside.
• Like many homes in the Pacific Northwest, our property does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided throughout the home, and evenings typically cool off comfortably.
• Registered guests only. Unauthorized events or parties are not permitted.
• Guests using the dock, kayaks, or lake are required to sign a liability waiver prior to arrival.
• No fireworks of any kind.
• No indoor smoking (including vaping.)
