Tucked away on a quiet, hidden passage in the heart of Gros Caillou, one of the most sought-after pockets of Paris's 7th arrondissement, this cozy studio comfortably welcomes 2 guests just steps from the Eiffel Tower and the legendary rue Cler market street steps away from Saint Germain.



The Space:

The studio is on the 2nd floor by stairs only



The studio includes:

-Living area: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), Smart TV, ceiling fan, ample storage, and high-speed Wi-Fi

-Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and a full set of cookware and utensils

- Dining area: comfortable spot for meals

-Bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo



Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay. The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



Also included:

- Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)

- Breakfast starter box (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits)

- Cleaning Kit (wash up liquid, bin bags, sponge, washer and dishwasher tablets)

Just minutes away on foot, you'll find beloved spots for coffee or a casual bite, such as Café Central, a rue Cler institution known for its terrace and people-watching, or Le Café de Mars, a cozy neighborhood favorite. For a special dinner, don't miss Le Violon d'Ingres, chef Christian Constant's Michelin-starred flagship on rue Saint-Dominique, celebrated for its refined take on Southwestern French classics — or Les Cocottes, his more casual counter-style spot near the Eiffel Tower, serving comforting dishes in individual Staub cocottes.

Getting Around:

From the Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly): Both airports connect to central Paris via the RER B. From there, a single change gets you close to the studio — transfer to Métro Line 8 at Châtelet-Les Halles for École Militaire or La Tour-Maubourg, or to RER C at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame for a direct ride to Invalides or Pont de l'Alma.



Metro Stations



Invalides (Lines 8 & 13, plus RER C): A major interchange just minutes away, with RER C offering direct access to the Musée d'Orsay, Notre-Dame area, and Versailles, while Line 13 runs north to Saint-Lazare and on toward Montmartre.

École Militaire (Line 8): A short walk from the studio, with direct connections toward Concorde, Opéra, and Bastille.

Pont de l'Alma (RER C): A scenic riverside station offering a direct line to the Musée d'Orsay, Saint-Michel–Notre-Dame, and Gare d'Austerlitz



Other Things to Note:

Booking requirements:

- No security deposit required

- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
