The Space:

The appartment is on the 4th floor with a lift



The appartment includes:

• Living room: equipped with a double sofa bed (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

• Bedroom 1 : Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding

• Bedroom 2 : Queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) + 1 Bunk Bed (Double on ground floor, single on first floor) with brand-new, extremely comfortable bedding

• Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining Room: For 6 guests

• Bathroom: bath/shower and toilets, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo.

Note the flat can technically accomodate 8 guests but occupancy is limited to 6.



Included:

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The apartment also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

From the Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly): Both airports connect to central Paris via the RER B. From there, a short additional ride on Line 1 (via Châtelet) gets you straight to Nation, just minutes from the apartment.



Metro Stations



Nation (Lines 1, 2, 6, 9, plus RER A): A major interchange just a few minutes away, offering direct connections across the city, to La Défense, and to Disneyland Paris via RER A.

Alexandre Dumas (Line 2): The closest station to the apartment, with direct access toward Père Lachaise, Belleville, and central Paris.

Avron (Line 2): Also just a short walk away, offering the same direct Line 2 connections toward Nation and beyond.

Booking requirements:

• No security deposit required

• The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

• The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

• Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

• No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

• No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

• Lost keys incur a fee of €150
