The Space:

The Studio is on the first floor by stairs



The studio includes:

• Living area: features a double sofa bed with a real mattress (140 × 200 cm), a Smart TV, storage space, and Wi-Fi (currently unavailable throughout the building).

• Bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels.

• Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, stovetop, washing machine (currently out of service), kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans.

• Dining area: a space is provided for comfortable meals..



Included:

• Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay.

• The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.



Also included:

•Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)

•Breakfast starter box (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits)

•Cleaning Kit (wash up liquid, bin bags, sponge, washer and dishwasher tablets)



Guest Access:

- You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a fully independent stay with complete comfort.

- Self Check-in: 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

- Our customer service team is available 24/7, before, during, and after your stay, to assist with any request.



The Neighborhood:

You'll be staying in a central and lively neighborhood, in the heart of the Marais, perfect for exploring Paris on foot while soaking up the quintessentially Parisian atmosphere. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy coffee or brunch at must-visit spots like Fragments, Café Charlot, or Boot Café, and have lunch or dinner at renowned restaurants such as Bouillon Chartier or Le Mary Celeste, perfect for savoring local cuisine in a friendly atmosphere. For your daily errands, several shops are within walking distance: Monoprix, Franprix, artisan bakeries, and greengrocers for fresh bread, fruit, wine, and local products. Metro Stations:

Hôtel de Ville (Lines 1 & 11): Quick connections to iconic sites such as the Louvre, the Champs-Élysées, and Notre-Dame.

Rambuteau (Line 11): Easy access to vibrant neighborhoods like République and Belleville.



From the Airports

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Take the RER B toward Robinson/Antony/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles. From there, it's just a few minutes on foot or by metro to the apartment.

Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval tram to Antony, then transfer to the RER B toward Charles de Gaulle/Mitry-Claye, and get off at Châtelet-Les Halles.



From the Main Train Stations

Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est: Take metro line 4 toward Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Les Halles.

Gare Saint-Lazare: Take metro line 14 toward Olympiades and stop at Châtelet.

RER

Châtelet-Les Halles (RER A, B & D): A major transport hub offering fast connections across Paris. The RER B directly links Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.



Bus: The Marais neighborhood and surrounding areas are served by several bus lines:

Bus 38: North toward Gare du Nord, south toward Porte d'Orléans.

Bus 75: Connects Porte de la Villette to Panthéon.

Bus 96: Runs from Porte des Lilas to Gare Montparnasse.



Other Things to Note:

Booking requirements:

- No security deposit required

- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )

- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund



House Rules:

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music

- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building

- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
