🌊 Upper Greenwood Lake
The home sits directly on Upper Greenwood Lake, a private association lake. Rental guests may enjoy the waterfront setting, but association rules do not permit them to swim or use watercraft on Upper Greenwood Lake unless accompanied by the property owner. Two kayaks and one paddleboard are provided for guests to take to a location where their use is permitted, such as nearby Wawayanda State Park.
