We thought the price was very reasonable. Facilities were excellent for our multi-generational group. Top level balcony turned into our hangout place. Cool family room on the lowest level was also nice.

Great location, centrally located to Arches, Dead Horse & Canyonlands. Plenty of off-street parking. Clean and spacious home for my family of 10. Their AI communication chat bot did not work, but once we used the live number in the book, we got quick service. We would recommend this rental!

This house can comfortably host 10-12 people. The outdoor areas - fire pit, patio, play area and hot tub are good options for families.The kitchen has most cook/bake ware needed to prepare for a large group, however there aren't many staples like cooking oil and salt.We enjoyed the location - away from town in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Moab, so may not suit everyone.
