Great location!! Very clean. Large rooms. Lots of space for family. Lots of space outside sit and enjoy the pool and or hot tub, not to mention the large family room upstairs with a couch large enough to accommodate the entire of 10 plus comfortably. I would totally recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental, and I was very pleased! The space was incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away One of the standout features for us was the great trailer parking. It made our arrival and departure so much smoother, with plenty of space to park and maneuver.We also found it odd that there was no garage door opener, which made accessing the garage a hassleThe house was quite dusty upon arrival, with visible dust webs and dust accumulated along the baseboards. Additionally, there seemed to be a lot of hair and dust in areas that hadn’t been properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Another inconvenience was that the back sliding doors had no coverings, leaving us feeling exposed and not as comfortable as we’d hoped home

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend. Great access to downtown Moab and Arches Park. Overall very clean. The only thing I recommend is an upgrade in extra basic pots and pans. Otherwise plenty of cups , plates, etc. Would highly recommend!

Housekeeping was 3/5; kitchen cabinet handles grime, splatters on refrig door, wine glasses in cupboard with smudges; bathroom floor with q-tip and paper by trash can and bathtub with poor drainage. Beds were clean/fresh.
