Closer to home are such wonderful attractions as the Moab Aquatic Center, Swanny City Park, and Raven's Rim Zip Line Adventure (all within one mile!), as well as plenty of great restaurants, grocery stores, and recreational outfitters.

The property was very nice! When there was a small issue the host immediately offered to take care of the situation. The communication was on spot.

Great place to stay. Close to sand flats to have access to the trails. Snake oil coffee is a great find close by. Walking distance to down town. Has parking just outside to accommodate larger trucks and trailers. Quiet street. Have stayed in these rentals 2 other times.

This house has been neglected. The outside grill should have been replaced a long time ago - I'm guessing it's over a year past its useful life. The skillets in the kitchen reminded me of something you would fine in a college frat house - completely unacceptable for a high-end rental. Two of the beds had stains on the white sheets. On the positive, The A/C and wifi worked well, the house was clean and furniture was in good condition. Don't expect anyone local to assist you with issues - I tried to contact Vacasa twice and was told a local service manager would be contacting me but never received any interaction. I was also told the house would be discounted because of the unusable grill but that didn't happen either.
