Enjoy your private pool with stunning sea views, unwind in the sauna, prepare your favorite meals on the outdoor BBQ, and dine al fresco on the terrace during peaceful evenings. Villa features 4 cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 extra toilets, giving everyone their own space and comfort.
Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel right at home-from air conditioning and free WiFi to a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and even soundproofed rooms for a peaceful night's sleep. The spacious terrace and balcony offer beautiful views of the sea and garden, perfect for morning coffee or peaceful evenings.
If you're in the mood for some fun, there's table tennis, billiards, and darts, and we've also made sure there's an play area for the little ones. The area around the villa is great for snorkeling, long walks, and soaking up the natural beauty of the coast.
Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight at the property.
Best of all, the sea is just steps away, right in front of the villa (50m). Nearby, you'll find Rogoznica (11 km), Primošten (18 km), Šibenik (40 km), and Split Airport (30 km). Local shops and restaurants are just a short drive (2 km) away.
