About this house rental
Once upon a time, there was a little house in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood... But that's where the fairytale ends; reality will charm you. Located in Gujan-Mestras, in the heart of the Arcachon Bay, the fully renovated La Dune Blanche cottage, decorated in a seaside style, is ideal for making the most of your stay. Ideally situated less than 2 kilometers from the first beaches of the Bay, various shops, leisure parks, the seven ports of Gujan-Mestras, and about 12 kilometers from the Dune du Pilat, it has been fully equipped to combine comfort and convenience. The house features an enclosed garden with a large covered terrace furnished with wicker outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a small shed. The ground floor comprises a living room with a dining area and lounge opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160x200 cm memory foam bed, and a shower room with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine sleeping area features two 90x200 cm beds that can be joined together and a sofa bed (a safety gate is in place at the top of the stairs). The apartment has reversible air conditioning and supplementary electric heating in the bedroom and shower room. For a hassle-free stay, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels, kitchen linen, air conditioning, and heating are included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and payable for an additional fee. Pets are welcome under certain conditions (additional deposit required). Parking is available for two vehicles on the property. Electric car charging station available upon request at the time of booking or at the beginning of your stay (€30/off-peak hours/per week). Four adult bicycles are available for your use in a 10 m² shed (subject to being in good working order upon your arrival). We will be happy to guide you upon your arrival and throughout your stay, if you wish, to help you explore the Arcachon Basin and its surroundings so that your stay is exactly as you envisioned. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
