About this house rental
Located in the heart of the Médoc Regional Natural Park, between the ocean and the estuary, forest and vineyards, our gîte is in the center of Lesparre-Médoc, close to all amenities. This location is ideal for discovering all the treasures of the area: the prestigious Médoc wine route, ocean beaches, idyllic harbors along the estuary, exploring natural landscapes on hikes in the forest or marshes, and much more. Our gîte, adjoining our main residence, is located in a fully renovated old house, both inside and out. You will have a private, enclosed outdoor space with a terrace and small garden. The house comprises a beautiful, spacious, and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), an adjoining bathroom with a large shower, and a separate toilet. The gîte is equipped with electric heating (not included in the price). Bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included. Parking is available either on the street near the cottage (free public parking) or in the garden (private parking) with access to the cottage through the garden. The cottage is non-smoking (smoking is permitted on the terrace). Guests have access to the owners' swimming pool (5m x 3m, 1.40m deep). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
