Just a short walk from the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this charming three-bedroom, three-bath beach house combines a wonderful location with comfortable gathering spaces, private balconies and a third-floor lookout overlooking the surrounding community.

Designed for families and friends to enjoy the beach together, Beach Therapy offers plenty of room to relax after a day along the Gulf. The main living area features an inviting coastal atmosphere with comfortable seating and an easy flow into the dining area and well-equipped kitchen. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, gather around the table for dinner, or step outside and enjoy the Gulf breeze from one of the home's furnished porches and balconies.

The home's three king bedrooms make Beach Therapy especially well suited for families traveling together or couples sharing a vacation home. The first-floor bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each enjoy their own private bathroom. A set of built-in hallway bunk beds on the second floor provides additional sleeping space that younger guests will love.

One of the home's most distinctive features awaits on the third floor. The lookout provides an additional place to unwind along with elevated views across Carillon Beach—a perfect retreat for morning coffee, an afternoon book or a quiet end to the day.

Outside, private patios and balconies give guests plenty of opportunities to enjoy Northwest Florida's coastal weather. Best of all, the beach is only a short stroll away, making it easy to come and go throughout the day without packing up the car.

During your stay, you'll also enjoy access to the outstanding amenities of Carillon Beach, including multiple community swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, green spaces and nearly a mile of private Gulf-front beach. Beach Therapy is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 3 vehicles OR 2 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

*Two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and 2 umbrellas are provided daily (March 1-Oct 31). Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30. Pets considered on request.
