Ideally located in Andernos-les-Bains, north of Arcachon Bay, approximately 200 meters as the crow flies from Mauret Beach, Villa Clair de Lune enjoys a pleasant, quiet, and residential setting. You'll appreciate the proximity to numerous amenities and activities: shops, restaurants, a bike path, the beach, and fishing are all less than a kilometer away. Villa Clair de Lune is a detached house set on a 330 m² enclosed plot. You'll enjoy a garden with a beautiful terrace, garden furniture, lounge chairs, a gas barbecue, a spa for relaxing moments, and an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. The villa consists of a beautiful, very bright living room with a dining area, a living room with a television (150 x 190 cm sofa bed with a mattress topper) and a wood-burning stove opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with a 180x190 cm bed (which can be separated into two 90x190 cm beds), two bathrooms, one of which is independent and the other private to one of the bedrooms, and two toilets, one of which is separate. Both bedrooms have outdoor access. There is a laundry room in an outdoor room with a washing machine and dryer. Sheets, household linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, wood, and heating (electric) are included in the price. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house (access to an electric vehicle hookup). Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, electricity, wood for the stove, and heating. Sheets and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.
