The property can accommodate up to 7 guests:

• Bedroom 2: 1 Double Bed + 1 Spare Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Single Bed
• Living Room: 1 Sofa Bed

Up to 5 separate beds can be provided when both spare beds are set up.

If you require the spare beds, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to prepare them for your stay.

🚗 FREE ON-STREET PARKING

Free on-street parking is available for up to 2 cars.

Due to the property’s proximity to the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live, parking restrictions are in place. Please provide your vehicle registration numbers in advance so we can register your cars as visitors.

Travelling with more than 2 cars? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to advise you on alternative parking options.

🔑 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Self check-in via key safe
• Check-in from 3:00pm
• Check-out by 11:00am

Arriving early? Let us know. We’re happy to offer complimentary early check-in when our cleaning schedule allows.

👪 GUEST NUMBERS

Please make sure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation so we can provide enough bedding, towels and supplies.

For groups of more than 5 guests, an additional fee of £10 per guest per night applies to cover the additional bedding, towels and utilities.
