About this apartment rental

This unique 2-bedroom split-level apartment for short term rental in Primrose Hill offers architectural intrigue across two levels of a period terrace, with a private roof terrace and an exceptional location moments from Regent's Park Road, Primrose Hill, and Camden Lock Market. Book your stay online today.

Set across the ground and lower ground floors of an attractive period terrace, this unique 2-bedroom apartment in Primrose Hill offers a split-level layout full of character and clever design. The location is superb: Regent's Park Road with its independent cafés, bakeries, and restaurants is moments away, Primrose Hill and Chalk Farm tube station (Northern Line) are both under a 5-minute walk, and Camden Lock Market is under 10 minutes on foot. Trains from Chalk Farm reach Tottenham Court Road for Oxford Street in just 10 minutes.

On the entry level, a cosy office space doubles as a second bedroom with a comfortable small double sofa bed and built-in storage, ideal for a third guest or for working during a longer stay. A striking glass-floored walkway overlooks the open-plan lower ground bedroom below, adding architectural drama and drawing light between the floors. A ground-floor cloakroom with WC, sink, and heated towel rail provides practical convenience.

The open-plan living and dining area is comfortable and well-proportioned, with a large sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dining table for four. Adjacent, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, and a sink with waste disposal.

A flight of stairs leads down to the lower ground bedroom, a calm, intimate retreat with a UK King size bed, wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, and built-in storage. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity/makeup mirror, walk-in shower, WC, sink, ample storage, and a washing machine with two drying racks discreetly housed in a cupboard.

One of the apartment's standout features is a private roof terrace, accessible via the mezzanine level of the communal hallway. Complete with outdoor dining, a corner sofa, coffee table, and cantilever umbrella, it is a brilliant space for al fresco mornings or evening drinks among the rooftops of Primrose Hill.

With its split-level intrigue, glass walkway, and rare private roof terrace, this apartment makes an exceptional short-term rental for couples, solo travellers, or small groups wanting a distinctive Primrose Hill experience close to parks, cafés, and fast connections into central London.
