Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the house was comfortable for all 7 of us. There were plenty of sleeping options and bathrooms that we didn’t feel cramped. The location was really nice for Moab, just outside of town so you could really enjoy the stars and sunsets. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the property was slightly dated and there were several cobwebs that were pretty easy to see as well as some crumbs in some kitchen drawers. Honestly, not worth docking a whole star… really should be 4.5 stars. Despite that, we had a nice time and would stay here again!

We enjoyed the location for our stay in Moab. Property is dog friendly with a good floor plan. Furnishings, carpet, front door, little garage door are worn and old. It worked for us, but we won't be going back. Many other properties are better.
