Welcome to Arès, in the heart of the Arcachon Bay! We warmly welcome you to L'Échappée du Bassin. Their recently built house is located in a quiet neighborhood, less than a kilometer from the town center and the bay's first beaches. Everything has been designed to ensure you enjoy a comfortable and unforgettable stay, guided by the rhythm of the tides. Its ideal location will allow you to discover the wonders of the Bay: bay and ocean beaches, typical oyster ports, strolls along the coastal paths, bike rides on the numerous cycle paths (100 meters from the house), or a variety of water activities—the choice of your adventure is yours! The single-story house has been carefully designed and offers all modern comforts: a beautiful, bright living room including a dining area and a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto a large 140 m² wooden terrace, two welcoming bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room in the back kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dryer. A garage can accommodate your bicycles or other two-wheelers; cars must be parked in the house's secure driveway. Outside, the private swimming pool (3mx3mx1.4m) awaits you. You'll also enjoy the terrace furnished with garden furniture, a table and armchairs, as well as lounge chairs, and a plancha grill for your barbecues. You can also indulge in a game of pétanque thanks to the bowling alley located at the rear of the house. A small practical detail: the house does not have a charging station for electric vehicles, but several charging sites are located nearby. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
