Welcome to Pins & Marées, a charming apartment located in Audenge, offering breathtaking views of a pine forest. Its location in the heart of the Arcachon Basin is ideal for discovering its many treasures: you'll be halfway between the Dune du Pilat and Cap Ferret; closer by, you can explore various natural areas typical of the region, such as the picturesque ports of Audenge and Biganos, the largest seawater swimming pool in Europe and the Domaine de Certes in Audenge, the Teich bird sanctuary, the oyster ports of Gujan-Mestras, the town of Arcachon, and much more. Our apartment is located in a small, quiet condominium bordering a pine forest. It is on the second floor, and its balcony offers views of the pine forest. From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by its peaceful, wooded ambiance, perfect for relaxation. It comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with television and Wi-Fi, and a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet. The apartment has electric heating. A private parking space is available within the residence. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen are included, and the bed will be made upon your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable consumption limits, and an electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day.
