About this bed and breakfast
This two levels cottage extension is perfectly located for those visiting the city, or the surrounding areas both on foot or public transport.
Located at about 15 minutes walking from the train station, the apartment is easily accessible also from those travelling by car.
The property is located next to one Sheffield’s canal and leads to one of the main arteries of the city that connect the city centre to the M1, which combined with the free parking we offer on site, makes it the ideal place.

The property is located on a private road next to one go Sheffield’s canals and touristic walks . Close to iconic Sheffields building
Parking is available in front of the building after the private gates.
The property has two entertainment areas, one in the open plan ground floor and a second one in the first floor with a large screen with a corner sofa-bed.
On the first floor there is a double bed and double sofa bed.
On the ground floor there is an additional double sofa-bed, another two seater sofa and an armchairs.
The open space ground floor is defined into several area, entertaining, coffe station, work, cook and eat, with all the modern comforts including:
- capsule coffe machine (Tassimo) and snacks
- 2 large TV screens (one on each floor)
- 5G super fast broadband and WiFi
- dedicated desk with ergonomic office chair
- pots and pans , cutleries and all you need to cook (oil, salt, pepper).
- modern induction cooker
- oven, fridge and washing machine.
And of course you can enjoy free parking in the right in the city centre of sheffield (north east).
The property is suitable for short-term stay as well as for digital nomads looking to stay a bit longer in the property.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the apartment is in a central area near bars and restaurants.
We have had reports of late-night noise from a nearby disco on Summer weekends. While this is beyond our control, we wanted to inform you in advance.
