To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are some important details to know before booking:

Pets
Woodcrest welcomes up to 2 small dogs at a cost of $60 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pets and ensure they are crated if left unattended.

Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted.

Lawn maintenance
Our landscaping team visits approximately every two weeks to maintain the yard. This may take place during your stay.

Extended stays
Reservations of more than 14 nights are subject to a mid-stay cleaning schedule at a cost of $85 per week. Payment for this will be requested after booking.

Wildlife
You're staying in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, where it is common to see deer, foxes, birds and other native wildlife around the property and surrounding countryside.

Starter supplies
We provide a selection of complimentary starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required.

Security cameras
Exterior non-monitored security cameras overlook the driveway and entrance areas for the safety of our guests and property. There are no cameras inside the home or overlooking any private guest amenities.

Before you arrive
All guests complete a quick hotel-style pre-arrival step through our secure Guest Portal, including ID verification and signing our Short-Term Rental Agreement.

Damage protection
A refundable $1,500 security hold is required before arrival. Guests may alternatively choose the $50 non-refundable damage waiver.

Early check-in
Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in may be reserved via a half day pass in advance for 50% of the blocked nightly rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on our cleaning schedule, with a maximum charge of $165 depending on time available.

Late check-out
Subject to availability, late check-out can be reserved via our half day pass for 50% of the blocked nights rate, with a maximum charge of $165.
