Accommodating up to 4 guests (+ 1 baby), it features 1 bedroom with a lounge area and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience. You also have Wi-Fi, a baby bed, a high chair, and self check-in. The bright, through apartment is functional and suitable for stays from 1 night to several weeks. Enjoy a beautiful mountain view.
Outside, you have access to a private 600 m² garden, exclusively for guests of the 4 Noryema apartments, about 150 m away by the river in a secluded setting, as well as a shared play area, ping-pong table, and foosball. The property is on Chemin de Pied de Ville, where the Var and Bourdous rivers meet.
Street parking is available and a shared electric vehicle charging station is provided. Public transport is nearby. One pet is allowed, subject to an extra charge. Please note that events are not permitted on site.
