This lovingly reconstructed 140 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set on a private 5000 sqm property. The original historic brickwork facade and roof, natural stone walls, and a fireplace give the house its authentic character. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, video on demand, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. The property features step-free access and step-free interior. You will enjoy a view over the Marche hills.
Step outside to relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace, or on the uncovered terrace. A wood-fired pizza oven and a private grill are at your disposal for outdoor meals. An outdoor shower is also available. The private outdoor pool measures 3.5 x 7 m with an entry ladder and is accessible around the clock, exclusively for guests of the house.
