Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy log-built semi-detached apartment (60 m²) in the Kesäjärvi area of Länsi-Ruka in Kuusamo. Renovated in 2018, this bright home accommodates five guests and offers a private electric sauna and a fireplace to relax by after a day outdoors. Maintained ski tracks start 50 m from the door and the ski bus stop is only 20 m away, while Ruka central square and the nearest ski lift are 3 km away and the SALE Rukamarket 1.1 km away - a practical and comfortable base for an active holiday in Ruka.
The home is laid out across the ground floor and a loft.
Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor offers a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with a fireplace and a Smart TV with a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A high chair is available for the youngest guests.
Bedrooms & Loft: The master bedroom has two single beds, and the loft adds three spring mattress beds, sleeping five guests in total.
Bathroom & Sauna: The washroom has an indoor toilet, a shower and a washing machine, plus a drying cabinet for your outdoor clothing. Directly connected is your own electric-heated sauna.
Parking & Outdoor area: The property includes a parking area with one car heating outlet, and EV charging is available on site and included in the rent (limited to 7 kW, 3x10A - please bring your own Type 2 cable). A woodshed with firewood for your use is on site. Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner with cleaning equipment are provided, and pets are welcome. Please note that the property is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.
