Our cozy apartments combine traditional Tyrolean charm with modern comfort. High-quality furniture made from local wood creates a welcoming ambiance, while the tiled stove in each apartment provides cozy warmth, especially on cooler days.

A particular highlight is our spacious 300 m² wellness area, perfect for unwinding after an active day in the mountains. Swim laps in the indoor pool, enjoy the soothing warmth of our various saunas, or simply relax on comfortable loungers and waterbeds.

Thanks to its central location in the Ötztal Valley, our house is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike tours, and unforgettable nature experiences in the summer, as well as for skiing in the region's renowned ski resorts in the winter.
