Discover this beautiful, modern house offering comfort and brightness for a perfect holiday. Located on the greenway from Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys to Port Navalo, you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment. The house comes with bikes, a Nespresso machine, Magimix, crepe maker, barbecue, Bluetooth speaker, and washing machine—ideal for unforgettable family moments just 700 m from the town center and shops, and 1.5 km from Goh Velin beach!
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, WC, and a garage with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with a bunk bed (2 beds). All bed linen and towels are included in the rental. A travel cot and high chair are available. Enclosed garden. No pets allowed.
The nearby village lets you walk to the market, bakery, and newsstand. If you wish, you can use the bikes for shopping or leisure (bakery, fishmonger, butcher, and mini-market in the village). Bikes available: 2 adult bikes, 1 pre-teen bike, 2 children’s bikes (approx. 8 years old), plus a Hamax seat and a trailer for young children.
No parties allowed. Please respect the neighborhood rules; keep noise down after 10 p.m. For maintenance and hygiene, please do not wear shoes upstairs.
